Our overall experience with Imperial Bathrooms Windsor and our sales representative Manny was absolutely fantastic! We visited many bathroom showrooms and designers but after meeting Manny at Imperial we really felt he understood our design requirements and wanted to help in every way to help us achieve our dream bathrooms. We felt he really listened to what we needed. We designed a total of 3 bathrooms and all of the design and product guidance was brilliant. He took time to understand what we wanted and worked hard to make everything possible within our budget. Product choice, design input and even after sales product support was amazing, the team really went above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience and ensure we were really happy with the final products. Imperial Bathrooms have delivered above and beyond expectations in the installation of our new shower room. We are delighted with the outcome. Everything worked effectively and efficiently from our initial contact with Alex and his staff at the design stage through to the final installation, through what has been a particularly difficult time for all businesses. Alex was always professional, understanding and responsive in his dealings with us and our fitter, Dan, was excellent and a pleasure to have in the house. The finish product - a whole new bathroom is simply stunning.. The fitters left no mess and always cleared up after themselves.
