Every design we produce is signed off by an experienced installer before anything is ordered. We're not tied to any brand or brochure, so every recommendation is made purely on merit.

Every Imperial project follows the same process - the same people, the same standards, start to finish.
We listen first: how you use the space, what matters, what the budget needs to achieve. The installer then surveys in person and every design is signed off before anything is ordered, so what looks right on paper works properly in practice.
You get a full, transparent quote before any commitment. No extras added later. No surprises. We manage the timeline, coordinate trades and stay in contact throughout. If anything needs attention afterwards, we come back and sort it.
